No guaranteed results. Leads and opportunities are provided to help you start better conversations. ACES does not guarantee that any lead will respond, convert, result in an appointment, or close, or that you will achieve any particular outcome or return.

Your responsibilities

• Legal compliance and outreach. You are solely responsible for how you contact any lead. You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and state telemarketing and consumer-protection laws, when calling, texting, or emailing leads.
• Your transactions. You handle your own offers, negotiations, contracts, diligence, and closings, and you are responsible for holding any license required for your activities in your market.
• Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site and services lawfully.

Use of lead data

Leads are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or repackage the lead data. Lead information is gathered through outreach and screening but is not warranted to be accurate, current, or complete.

Payments and refunds

Pricing, billing, and our refund and replacement policy are described in the Refund & Payment Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability
