Refund & Payment Terms
How payment works, and how our lead replacement guarantee and refunds are handled.

These Refund & Payment Terms apply to lead packages and services purchased from ACES Realty Solutions, operated by Aces Marketing Solutions LLC. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Payment terms
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Per-lead pricing and package volume are set at the time of purchase.
- Lead packages are prepaid in full before delivery.
- Accepted payment methods: ACH / bank transfer, invoice (paid within agreed terms), and Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
- Monthly add-on services (such as Acquisition Manager, Outreach, Follow-Up, and Appointment Setting) are billed in advance and re-authorized by you each month. There is no automatic recurring charge, and you may stop at any time before the next month begins.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- For ongoing services, non-payment may pause delivery until the balance is resolved.
What you are purchasing
You are buying qualified seller opportunities, not guaranteed deals, appointments, or closings. ACES screens and contacts leads before delivery, but you handle the offer, negotiation, contract, and closing.
7-day lead replacement guarantee
If a delivered lead is invalid, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. A lead qualifies for replacement if it is:
- A disconnected or wrong phone number;
- Materially fake or incorrect contact information;
- A duplicate of another lead within the same order;
- Outside the market or criteria (buy box) agreed at purchase; or
- A person who is not the property owner or has no qualifying property.
We will replace qualifying leads with comparable ones. Replacement is the exclusive remedy for an invalid lead.
What is not eligible
The following are not grounds for a refund or replacement:
- A lead that did not convert, respond, or close;
- A seller who changed their mind or became unresponsive after reasonable contact attempts;
- A decision not to pursue an otherwise valid lead; or
- Disagreements about price after a package has been delivered.
Refunds
- Delivered leads are non-refundable because they are delivered digital opportunities; the replacement guarantee above is the remedy for invalid leads.
- A cash refund is available only for orders that have not yet been delivered, or for a cancellation made before delivery, less the value of any work already performed.
- For monthly services, there is no refund for a billing period that has already started; you simply do not re-authorize the next month.
How to request a replacement
Email info@acesrealtysolutions.com within 7 days of delivery with the lead details and the reason it qualifies. We will review and issue a replacement where the criteria above are met.
